A course in sociology and behavioral observation on subjects that can only be watched, not spoken to, took place over 16 weeks at the Lincoln Park Zoo. The link following contains notes on the observation, discovery of a design opportunity, and how implementation and measuring success would take place. The paper was selected for the University of Chicago 2013 Ethnography Conference and proudly presented in the spring preceding my graduation.
